Social Security

In order to receive Social Security Disability benefits, you must apply and be approved by the Social Security Administration. Their decision is based on whether or not you meet Social Security’s definition of disabled. Consideration is given to your disability and whether or not you meet certain medical criteria. There is no fee for a consultation as Social Security Disability claims are handled on a contingency fee basis. If the outcome of your case is successful, the fees will be deducted from your past-due benefits award. At the conclusion of your case, you will be responsible for the costs which were incurred during our representation of you.
